The Supportive Living Center is made up of three distinct living areas to meet the diverse needs of its residents. Each living space is designed to maximize the sense of home and community.

On the first floor of the Supportive Living Center, a welcoming concierge and public area awaits both residents and guests. On this floor, team members who oversee the Supportive Living Center work to ensure that Club members receive a quality of care unrivaled in the area.

The second floor of the Supportive Living Center includes the Enhanced Assisted Living Residence. Residents and guests are introduced to an open and free-flowing floor plan where a beautiful living room bespeaks the tradition of the family home. Residents and guests will be equally engaged in the attractive dining room, where gourmet meals will be provided daily. A large activity area will be nestled adjacent to the dining area, to be used in tandem for large-group, social and entertainment events. For those desiring a more private area for family dinners and special occasions, a gorgeous private dining room is available for use. For those preferring the solace of their own residence for their early morning coffee and newspaper, each residential suite will be complete with its own kitchenette.

Returning to the first floor of the Center, residents of the Special Needs Assisted Living Residence will enter the neighborhood through a generous space that boasts an activities area, a dining area and an open common kitchen. Designed to ensure smooth flow, limited obstructions and a sense of community, The Club melds the latest ideas in building for persons with cognitive declines with beautiful finishes and attention to detail. For those needing less interaction and as a way to effect behavioral change while lessening pharmaceutical intervention, a sensory room will be designed with the latest in research-backed furnishings.

The Skilled Nursing Facility, also located on the first floor, will mirror the beauty of the rest of the Center. Continuing the theme of the ample common and living areas, the Skilled Nursing Facility also features an open common kitchen, where residents and guests alike can share a cup of coffee, a slice of pie and conversation…just like home.

All three areas of the Supportive Living Center provide high touch service, for those in need of additional support with the activities associated with day-to-day life. The services include, but are not limited to:

• Care management services
• Twenty-four hour security
• Assistance with daily activities of living (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, eating, toileting/continency management)
• Medication monitoring, supervision and/or assistance
• Specialized social, recreational and educational programming
• Weekly light housekeeping (including dusting, floor care and kitchen and bathroom cleaning)
• Daily light housekeeping (including bed re-making and garbage removal)
• Common area, exterior and in-room maintenance services
• Weekly, or as needed, laundering of sheets, towels and personal laundry
• Taxes, utilities (except phone) and basic cable
• Scheduled transportation for shopping, events and appointments (within catchment area)
• Wellness programs
• Access to occupational, physical and speech therapy

For those residents in the Skilled Nursing Facility, additional, professionally administered medical services will be provided under the direction and medical order of a physician. In addition, services are available to assist those individuals whose needs exceed the licensing standards of the Enhanced Assisted Living or Special Needs Residence.
