Briarcliff Manor Resident Joins Integrated Development Group’s Executive Team to Develop 59-Acre Briarcliff Manor Property into Luxury Senior Living Community


Briarcliff Manor, NY - Matt Phillips, President & CEO of Integrated Development Group LLC (IDG) a Chicago-area developer of luxury senior living communities, announced today that Shelley Lotter of Briarcliff Manor has joined IDG’s executive team to develop The Club at Briarcliff Manor (The Club) in Briarcliff Manor, New York. The Club, a fee-for-service continuing care retirement community (CCRC) comprised of 325 independent living and 60 supportive living residences, will be located on the breathtaking 59-acre site in Briarcliff Manor that was formerly King’s College and Briarcliff Lodge, a Westchester County landmark. Ms. Lotter, formerly Director of Campaign Management at Weill Cornell Medical College, will serve as Assistant Vice President of Development. Her primary responsibilities will include project management and community relations.

During her tenure at Weill Cornell Medical College, Ms. Lotter was a member of the senior management team charged with raising $1.3 billion for the College’s Capital Campaign. She directed communications and special events in the College’s Office of Institutional Advancement. From 2002-2005, she served as Executive Director of the American Heart Association, Westchester Country. Prior to her non-profit roles, Ms. Lotter worked in venture capital and accrued over 20 years of experience in real estate development, management and brokerage. Positions included Vice President of Hamilton Development Group and Director of Sales for The Seasons, a luxury condominium developed by Robert Martin Company in White Plains. Ms. Lotter earned a BA magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Yale University and is a Life Director and Former President of the Yale Westchester Alumni Association. .

According to Phillips, “Shelley brings to IDG a wide range of experience in planning, luxury residential development and community relations. She will play an important role in developing this innovative senior living community, which will provide the highest quality service and care to its future residents and become a vibrant part of Briarcliff Manor and the greater Westchester community.”

IDG opened The Club’s first sales center at 1197 Pleasantville Road in Briarcliff Manor in July and just recently opened a second sales center at 2120 Boston Post Road in Larchmont. The Club, scheduled to open in 2013, is currently accepting deposits for The Founder’s Club, which will provide prospective residents priority in unit selection, a $10,000 credit toward upgrades and other benefits.
