Supportive Living Center
The Supportive Living Center’s residences and its variety of activity, social and dining areas will be located in the Upper Village. Boasting décor and finishes that tastefully complement those in the independent living residences, these private apartments will provide an easy lifestyle transition, should the need arise.
The Supportive Living Center will offer assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing services, available for 24-hour, on-site care as part of The Club’s fee-for-service Continuing Care Retirement Community program. The trained staff, licensed nurses and Wellness Coordinator will cater to and understand your physical, functional and psychosocial needs.
