The Club’s exquisite villas will be designed for those seniors seeking a single-family home setting. As a part of the Lower Village, these residences will be nestled along walking trails and a pond–the perfect setting for an afternoon walk as the property transforms with seasonal beauty.
Each villa will be designed for first-floor living, including a master suite, premium kitchen, custom finishes, laundry, fireplace, attached two-car garage and friendly design features for your comfort and safety. Additional rooms and optional elevator access will be available on the second floor. These homes will be spacious, ranging from 2,800 to 3,200 square feet.
