Supportive Living Center

The Supportive Living Center and its variety of activity, social and dining areas will be located in the Upper Village. Boasting décor and finishes that tastefully complement those in the luxury independent living residences, these private suites will provide an easy lifestyle transition, should the need arise.

The Supportive Living Center will offer assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing services, available for 24-hour, on-site care as part of The Club's fee-for-service Continuing Care Retirement Community program. The trained staff, licensed nurses and Wellness Coordinator will cater to and understand your physical, functional and psychosocial needs.

The 18-unit enhanced Assisted Living Residences will be licensed by the New York State Department of Health (Public Health Law - Article 46-B) and will offer assisted living residents daily services to meet increasing health and functional needs, such as three meals per day, medication supervision, directed social and entertainment opportunities, and personal care assistance.

The 16-unit certified Special Needs Assisted Living Residences will also be licensed by the New York State Department of Health (Public Health Law - Article 46-B) and will offer a secured residential environment for those who need extra support due to cognitive decline such as Alzheimer's or other dementias. Daily services such as three meals per day, medication supervision, and personal care assistance will be provided by specially trained caregivers, who understand the special care and social needs of a resident with cognitive impairment.

The 26-unit Skilled Nursing Facility will be licensed by the New York State Department of Health (Public Health Law - Article 28) and will provide daily services to meet the more complex health needs of a senior living center resident. Daily services such as three meals per day, personal care assistance, 24-hour nursing care, assistance with ambulation, and medical monitoring of challenging and serious health concerns will be provided by a trained professional nursing and medical team.
